Beginner's Workshop

Genealogy guru Molly Schweinfurter has over twenty years of experience researching her own family and has traced some of her family lines back to the 1600s;
she has also traveled to Europe to visit her ancestral homelands.
She will present 2 classes at the Henderson Public Library. Library patrons will be invited to attend a “Beginner's Genealogy Workshop” and/or an “Internet Genealogy Workshop. “The Beginner’s Genealogy class will be a minimum of 90 minutes. The Internet Genealogy workshop will be between 2 and 4 hours. (Amount of time per class is dependent on the number of attendees) Molly will teach patrons how to research their family history.
This event is made possible by a grant provided by the Traverse des Sioux Library Cooperative and was funded in part or in whole with money from Minnesota's Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
