Teen film Fest - Le Sueur Public Library

Shane Lee, former television news reporter and current teacher at Nicollet Public Schools, will lead basic film making workshops for teens while staff will introduce the Film Fest project. Teens will have the opportunity to work alone or in groups to create a short film for a 2-county wide film festival. All qualifying films will be shown at the Film Fest on the huge inflatable screen in Trowbridge Park,. The inflatable screen will be available to be used at other TdS libraries. Prizes will be awarded for exemplary work.

This event is made possible by a grant provided by the Traverse des Sioux Library Cooperative and was funded in part or in whole with money from Minnesota's Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
